In Kennesaw, a small American town in the state of Georgia has a motto: A good citizen is an armed citizen.

Director Nicolas Lévesque, a photographer and filmmaker from Québec, Canada takes us deep into the the growing gun debate. In Guns We Trust is a documentary on the benefits to having an armed society featuring a small town known as Kennesaw in the state of Georgia.

Passed into law, since 1982, each head of household in Kennesaw must own at least one working firearm with ammunition.As a result this small town became one of the safest towns in the United States.
