Twenty year old art student Heather Rooney creates these stunning photo realistic images of your favourite celebrities.
Heather starts her portraits by creating a pencil outline, which she then fills up using various colored pencils. What may sound simple is much more complicated when you look at the final product. On her Facebook page, the talented 20-year-old says she takes about two-and-a-half hours to finish a single piece. For those who do not draw this may sound like a long time, but in reality, given the level of detail, this is quite fast.
Heather Rooney is majoring in art, but her technique is mostly self-taught, which makes her work even more impressive. Besides celebrities, she also draws popular animation movie characters, animals and plants. Because of her stunning work, the incredible artist has been given the nickname the "Hand Drawn Photo Maker."
