We take a look at French artists Tony and Emmanuelle Lugand's CGI wood sculptures of famous hollywood characters.
French artists Tony and Emmanuelle Lugand created these sculptures, by digitally generating them completely from computer designs. No these designs were not actually carved in wood; but it is interesting to see the use of shadows and wood textures in their piece to create a stunning and dark look to Mario, Sonic, and Mickey Mouse, to go alongside Darth Vader, the mask from Scream and anime favourite Goldorak.
