The Throne of Nerds is inspired by the video game, The Game of Throne and more specifically the Throne of Swords found within the game. The Throne of Nerds is made out of more than 20 old keyboards. These keyboards have been shaped and melted to in the form of a chair.
The Throne of Nerds is created by Canadian computer programmer, Mike DeWolfe, the Throne of Nerds may inspire computer geeks everywhere who sit in it to play their video games more ruthlessly. According to DeWolfe, "The keyboard warping includes the scorching of almost all of the ESC keys to symbolize how impossible it can be escape suffering and blackness."
