These large-scale snow circles can be found around the Les Arcs sky resort, in the French Alps.
Simon Beck uses a compass, measuring tape and a pair of snow shoes to create these masterpieces. Beforehand, Simon Beck usually sketeches what he wants his artwork to look like, where he then finds enough space to complete his work. The method is simple, simply walk around with snow shoes. The result; often span the size of six football fields which takes on average about 10 hours. Talk about a great way to get some cardio done in the day. Since 2004 Simon has created hundreds of snow art, most of which can be seen on his facebook page.
